Create a new document with the following size: 800 x 800 pixels

I will create a shape with Custom form Tool. For this shape I have used the following color: #e8e8e8

After that I will create another Shape . I will select Custom Shape tool again, and from the default presets I will choose the heart shape:

We have to add some 3D effects to make our heart look more realistic.  I have listed various effects below, so start applying each one of them in the order given :

Go to your Brush , and from the list, select this Banner .Make sure you set the background to white. Download brush Banner

then to select the layer we click on the layer by pressing ctrl

then we erase the parts I have shown in black with eraser tool : (before erasing the parties, do not forget to click on the layer 3 )

Insert the following blending options onto its layer :

Then you add some text – As a font I have choose « Comic sans ms «

The result :

Again we insert another text  - download the font -

Next step we Defermon The text it’s very easy

Click CTRL + T :
